My name is Glenn Brown and I am the owner and founder of My Rental Unit; a residential Property Management business covering the Burlington, Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster and Brantford/ Brant County areas.
My real estate knowledge comes from hands on experience dealing with residential letting. I bought my first property in 1998. That 2 bedroom cottage home was fine for a bachelor but when two additions (my girls) were added to the family it was time for something larger. A friend of mine who was managing properties suggested I hang on to my first home, convert it into a rental unit and buy another family home for myself. Since then, that investment proved successful and has allowed me to expand more and more.
No matter how many investments I become involved with however, I still feel a personal connection to that first little place I bought and I want each one after that to receive the same attention. When I decided to start my own management company, I knew other investors would want their assets cared for the way I want mine, with a personal connection and great attention to detail. This is My Rental Unit's approach to managing a home, as if it were our own.
Since those early days, I have become an Inner Circle member of Rock Star Real Estate and attend conferences and seminars to keep up with finance and investment issues, trends, tenant-landlord issues, and maintenance ideologies. I actively manage multiple properties and look forward to working with you.

Pamela O'Hagan
Our office manager Pamela, is an important contributor to our success. Pamela is very intuitive and identifies potential problems and conflicts that may arise with our properties or their residents and often before they become an issue. Pamela's education and experience gives her excellent investigative abilities when screening potential applicants for our customer's properties.
Pamela's natural personality leads her to develop stronger client relationships as well as with the tenants that have been carefully selected to join the My Rental Unit Family.
